GoogleElla of Douglas and Gordon Southfields understood our requirements because I believe she listened to our needs. I had looked at thirty rentals but the second rental through Ella hit the mark. I also had a very good experience with their Putney office - I consider them a truly exceptionally professional organisation and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Keelan managed to fit a viewing in around our schedules, he helped with any and every question we had and he had us moved in to our first place in no time. Happily gave us a second viewing too. Easy process to rent the property and didn't mind me emailing every five minutes for an update!

As quite a picky tenant, they have been patient, and diligent when it comes to finding the right place for myself and housemate.
