I have recently been engaged with buying my first property. My point of contact at D&G was Aimee who from inception of the process has made the entire experience stress free, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Her level of professionalism and positive attitude is something we should all aspire to demonstrate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aimee as your first point of contact, should you be looking for a best in class service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently purchased a house with D&G Putney and have been really happy with the service and quality of our lead contact, Ella. She was knowledgable, funny, flexible and was always free to help us and answer questions. When the house we loved looked like there might be competing offers, she was on hand to help us every step fo the way. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful for her help and D&G's service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been renting our apartment through d&g Putney for almost 4 years. We are now looking to move to a bigger place and we have been working with Amy throughout the process of property hunt. She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout. She took the time to listen to our requirements and found us the perfect property. Definitely recommending as it’s a professional approach to the client! We would have no hesitation in using d&g again if we need to. Thank you :)PositiveProfessionalism

We had a great experience working with Ella, she was energetic, professional, responsible and very prompt with her responses which we found very helpful in our property search. She would always be the first one to contact us even before the property would be listed in the websites. All our questions were answered to satisfaction and we were very pleased with the assistance and help we received from her and her team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Sophie was a pleasure to know during our time trying to find a home. Very easy to talk to and not pushy and over talkative like other agencies we have been to. Very friendly and professional, apparently her first let :) Her easy going, gentle attitude swung my decision in the end; Douglas and Gordon seemed the most genuine agents who cared about putting the right people with the right home.

Nick Darragh has done a tremendous job helping us find a property that matches all our search criteria. He well understood what we were looking for and has been really pro-active during our searches, helping us navigate the market. He was fully transparent and extremely responsive at every stage of the buying and process overall a pleasure to work with. I would most highly recommend working with Nick as your estate agent.

Saw three different and beautiful flats in Putney and had a great time with Isabella - she was really attentive from the moment we walked in the office and we were able to arrange a viewing right away. I really appreciated the range of options she provided us with and how understanding and helpful she was in terms of my schedule and requirements. Overall very pleased with the experience and how quick and easy the whole process was.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Working with Amy in the East Putney office was a delight. She's incredibly professional, always on time, and highly responsive. She took me through 8-10 properties before finally finding one that was perfect for me. All the way along the viewing journey Amy had helpful comments and advice. And unlike some agents I never felt like she was pushing any particular property - she truly was interested in finding me the ideal property for me. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have had a great experience with Douglas & Gordon in Putney. Nick in particular has been incredible over the last year with selling my property and has gone over and above my expectations. The communication and professionalism has been fantastic from all of his team. I wouldn’t go to any other agency in Putney for buying and selling, and I’ve been to a few! A big thank also to Ella and the rest of D&G.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had an excellent experience with D&G East Putney, Verity and her team far outshone the other agents in the area for us. Astute and knowledgeable; but also well organised, personable and they really went the extra mile.

We were very fortunate to meet James Hasting at the viewing of two properties back to back. He was engaging, very professional and open to discussing the merits of both flats, including there specifications. There wasn’t a question that he didn’t know and we felt he was receptive to our needs. As a result would highly recommend Douglas & Gordon West Putney Estate Agents Sales Team. Kind regards, Lucy & Trish.

The lettings team at Douglas and Gordon led by Sophie Hunter have supported my wife and I with the letting of our apartment numerous times over the past few years. We find them professional, courteous and responsive. We also feel we get a quality focussed personal level of service from them unlike some of the London agencies that aim merely for quantity. A great team who I can thoroughly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have been looking at properties for a long time spanning a wide area in London, and I have to say, Douglas and Gordon in Putney just get how to make a buyer feel valued! I cannot recommend Hattie from the West Putney office enough; so eager to listen to needs, preferences and red lines, and won't show you anything unless she's sure it's right for me. Thank you!!

Douglas and Gordon have been an absolute pleasure to deal with during an extremely challenging time. The team are highly efficient and Lily has gone above and beyond to assist me with my property search and subsequent purchase. Each conversation with both the Sales and Lettings team was very informative and to the point and all my questions were answered. They stayed late to assist me with viewings and sent me in depth videos when I was unable to see the property due to Covid restrictions. Many thanks for all their kind help and the very high standard of service they offered.
