Jessica, Caitlin , James and Natasha at the South Chingford office totally restored my faith in estate agents. After wasting 12 weeks with another local agents I had pretty much given up hope of ever moving house. The day I walked through the doors of Douglas Allen was the decision that changed my life and got me into my forever home. I hadn't moved house for 15 years and these guys literally held my hand throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so much. Not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for, above and beyond!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Great experience selling mum's flat. James was very accurate in suggesting a sale price and then offering advice on the subsequent offer received. Jake did the video which was great. Natasha was brilliant with her progress chasing, she obviously loves her job and it shows! Thanks All.

I was first dealing with Jess , who was helping me both sell my home and look for a new property . Her professional can do attitude blew me away ! She also checked on how I was feeling during the whole process . James helped get my buyer to pay exactly what I first hoped for . I’m so grateful to them both for their knowledge and help throughout . 5 stars is not enough ... thank you both .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Douglas Allen sold my late brothers flat in Chingford. I found them to be most helpful and efficient right from the initial valuation to the completion of contracts. All of the staff in the Chingford branch were friendly and very helpful, they gave me regular updates of progress with the sale as it progressed. I live in Devon so good communication was the key to reassuring me that everything was proceeding well. I would recommend Douglas Allen Chingford if you have a property to sell

I recently purchased a property from Douglas Allen at the chingford branch and can not describe the amount of attention and dedication from the staff in getting this over the line. They were always on the end of the phone with answers and more than helpful with the advice given. A lot of estates agents are only interested in their commission but with Douglas Allen, they were more interested in ourselves and getting the house we wanted. I cannot thank them enough.
