A brilliant experience with the Chingford Douglas Allen team! Particularly Jess and James, who have been instrumental in helping us buy our house. We were left in the lurch by our broker a few weeks into the sale and worried that we would have to have another hard credit search, but thankfully Jess put us in touch with a reliable alternative who immediately understood the situation and carried on things smoothly. Both Jess and James have been easy to contact and always respond quickly to any queries or follow-ups. Because of their handling we have always felt reassured during the whole process. Although their fees were slightly higher than other estate agents, I could tell from the very first visit/meeting that it would be worth it. I received a professional service throughout the whole process. Jessica and Natasha were amazing. Easy to communicate with, supportive, alway available to help and when they were not they got back to me in a very timely manner. They were the only constant form of communication in what was a stressful process which made life a lot easier for me. If I had to do this all over again I would still pick them. They are worth every penny. Highly recommend their friendly, down to earth, professional service. Thank you to the whole team!!

After deciding to sell our house in this difficult market we needed an estate agent with not only the experience and know-how, but we also needed one with marketing expertise and local knowledge, after speaking to several agencies (which were great) I came across Douglas Allen who on my first phone call was extremely POSITIVE and showed extensive knowledge of the market. I met Jess the following day who was really nice, and down to earth, she was confident that with the contacts they have within their extensive buyer’s database the house will be sold within a matter of weeks. The following week, (a day after the photos were taken) the house was viewed by a few potential clients they had dealt with before, and low and behold a buyer was found (before the pictures were displayed online). Once a price was agreed upon, I have been liaising with Jake, James, and Joe who have been absolutely superb…always keeping me up with every step of the process, and their team coordination has been exemplary. Thank you, team, Douglas Allen, I appreciate the stress-free process you gave me, and It’s a pleasure having you as my estate partner.
