GoogleAfter failed attempts with some other local agents, we thought we'd try Douglas Allen following the success a neighbour recently had. Jake, who was originally based in Chingford came to our property and discussed the process with us. He was very thorough and reassured us that he would do his best, whilst also taking time to listen to our opinions of what we required. Joe helped with the viewings and managed to secure an offer for us. Natasha was also great at progressing the sale, keeping us updated throughout and you could tell she was great at managing the relationship with the solicitors. She was also excellent at understanding our problems, answering our sometimes annoying questions and was always readily available even during her holiday! All round, great service. Highly recommend!

GoogleLooking for a property has stressed me out immensely. I have not found the process easy. The shining light has been Joseph Sambridge. Nothing is too much trouble for Joe, he has the patience of a saint, he's had to listen to me mulling options, costs and locations over, trying to get straight in my head what I actually want and the more I've talked things through with him the clearer my thinking has become. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Douglas Allen Walthamstow and in particularly Joe, he is customer focussed with a friendly, personable manner that just puts you at ease and makes what is a difficult process a lot easier. I bought with them and have now sold with them 4 years later and Natasha has been incredible. She’s kept me sane through my stressful moments and has been on the ball throughout! I’m not sure I’d have got through it without her and she is an absolute asset and Douglas Allen are very lucky to have her on their team! My partner and I have been looking for a property to rent in London. We came across a property that we were really interested however it took a long time for us to hear a feedback from the Landlord and thought we wouldnt be getting the property. We were surprised when we received a call from them updating us and recommending another property that is to our liking. We didnt expect for them to be very proactive, helpful and really good communicators. We appreciate there help so much. We then have an interest to another property and went through the referencing process. We thought it was really tedious process but they were very supportive. When we had some questions they were really quick to pick up the phone and help us with our queries especially Jodie. She was a very lovely person. We then had to back out in renting the property due to some personal reasons. When we explained to them they were very understanding. They still supported us and continued to be good communicators. Over all our experience to the team was very pleasant. Kuddos to Jodie, Joana and Luisa who were very helpful and are very lovely people.
