Tanya Keene, from Douglas Allen, sales progressor, is a very professional and proactive person who helped me with the sale of my mum's house sale. From the start she was in touch with me, updating me with the progress of the sale and also giving me good advice about things I needed to know, in order to manage the sale efficiently. As I hadn't sold a property before, it's good to know that there are nice people like Tanya, who give good honest advice to you with efficiency and professionalism. It can be a stressful job to do, when stepping in unknown territory, however Tanya made this seem like a smooth transition until the contract s were exchanged also supporting me even after this was done. Viewing for a property we loved

I have been looking to move to barkingside for a while now and had done a few viewings with other agents that was very basic, after calling into the barkingside branch regarding a property of interest I came across Hasan and instantly felt the warm welcome from the way he answered the phone and the passion he spoke with. However the main reason for this review was that, during weekdays myself and the Mrs work late however Douglas Allen’s Hasan catered to our needs and done a one of viewing for us at out of work hours . Even though the property was not right for us I would highly recommend Hasan and douglas Allen,as he never made us feel unwanted and took the time to listen to us!

Ray and Janine from Douglas Allen were invaluable in helping get our house purchase over the line, with regular communication that never felt like it was too pushy or demanding. I have been dealing with the Walthamstow DA branch now for some months and have found their service excellent. They have been dealing with the sale of my deceased brother's house as part of his estate and from the start the team have been considerate and attentive.The house was in a very bad state when the team were initially approached and they have throughout given good advice and guidance regarding the sale. The condition was so bad at the commencement that it was causing me significant embarrassment but Maria, in particular, was able to allay my concerns and she was very honest and practical when advising me on the sale.My main contacts have been Maria and Ben but I have also spoken to a number of other members of the team and all have been positive and helpful. We sold our house via the Walthamstow office care of Maria Ticehurst, Ben and team. We can thoroughly recommend them. The service was excellent and they kept us well informed of all developments, viewings and offers. Offers: Plural offers! We had many to choose from and with Maria’s expertise and experience in handing all parties we were able to get a fantastic price. In this respect she really comes into her own. We were thrilled!Ben did the majority of the viewings and was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. He demonstrated great care showcasing our home in its best light and listened patiently to our endless facts about the renovations we’d completed, whilst effortlessly incorporating all the info into his tours. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Outstanding, Thank YouWhile out viewing properties with Chadwell Heath office I met Michal Aloto at the open house, he discussed my situation and I had just put my property on the market with an online agent. After a couple of months I accepted an offer and when Michael was discussing new properties for me to buy said he thought the offer was low, he felt that he had buyers ready who could view my house and as it’s no sale no fee I agreed for him to come round. The first open house was a success and I got the offer £15,000 more. I had more viewers in one day than I’d had for past two months. This brilliant service didn’t stop, every time I’ve called the office the staff are all very helpful, Michelle took time to explain and help me understand what happens next. Excellent team effort so individual people all deserve a mention.Chadwell Heath branch manager Les secured our business by offering valuation etc on his route home after the shop had closed when other agents would not make themselves available for a further 2, 3 days. He clearly explained the process to us and inspired confidence in his teams ability to successfully market our home.Gizem handled the open house viewings with tact and diplomacy.Michelle, Michael and Charlotte were always on hand and extremely helpful when issues occurred with our buyers.Once we accepted our purchasers offer our file was moved to Andrew Bilby, sales progressor based at East Ham branch. We cannot thank Andrew enough for his conscientious and effective approach when dealing with some difficult issues. Our ongoing purchase was through an on line agent and the experience was awful but could have been a whole lot worse. Thankfully Andrew recognised the issues created by this on line agent and took it upon himself to take control of the whole chain and has worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were communicating with one another, even contacting the builders for people at the top end of the chain to keep things fluid.We have been copied into each and every email sent to keep us abreast of developments and telephones calls without prompt, have been received in order to update too, even if there have been no significant developments.Having lived in the address we have just vacated for over 27 years this has been a stressful time, but the staff at Douglas Allen have been excellent and made this process so much easier to deal with and we cannot thank them enough.I would highly recommend Douglas Allen estate agents.Thank you.

Amazing service from Douglas Allen in Chingford!!!BIG thank you to JESSICA and her team! Jessica is awesome.....from the moment I met her, I knew she would be the one to sell my house! Jess would call me every week to see how I was getting on and we both agreed that when I came to the end of the 3 month contract I would sign up with them! Chloe and Abbie have been excellent in guiding us through the letting of mum's house. From the start Chloe was so professional we cancelled other agents and went with DAS. We had our flat on the market for 3 weeks with an agent and only had 2 viewings. So we decided to switch to Douglas Allen and within the first week we had 10 viewings followed shortly by an offer that we accepted! The team at the woodford branch have been brilliant with us, and special mention to Khaleesha who has been the main driving force behind our sale!
