We have rented our bungalow out via Douglas Allan, due to covid-19 we did think things would become difficult but Joanna Alexis kept us informed at all times. She found us a great tenant, and ensured everything was sorted in a timely fashion. We received our payment within a couple of days via bank transfer (which is much better than other estate agents who I have used in the past, who used to send me a cheque). Helpful, friendly and informative!

A fantastic 5* service!

When I got to view the property on Bede Road initially, I wasn't interested as such as I felt it's a property that has a lot of demand and I felt like with the competition I would not be able to win the property. I spoke to Waqas after the viewing and he suggested the VIP home finder service to me, a service where I could get into see properties before they hit the online market and he suggested to meet Faisal Noor, the in house mortgage adviser, once I became a member of the VIP service and saw Faisal to work out my maximum affordability, I made an offer on the property and it got accepted the very same day! I would highly recommend the VIP Home finder Service and would Highly recommend Douglas Allen Chadwell heath! Everything is going through smoothly and we are set to complete on the property very soon.

Adam has been very helpful, informative, polite, approachable, and whilst keeping us constantly updated about the property.Adam develops a really good relationship with the customer and understands their needs and expectations. The property we were interested about became unavailable as another customer offered more than what we did, but later on it became available again. Adam was the first one to call us immediately as he was aware of our interest on the property. I can't speak highly enough of Ammer Haroon from Douglas Allen estate agents in Walthamstow. He really went above and beyond helping with my house sale. Chadwell Heath Branch - excellent!From the time we met Michelle we felt we could just relax and let her and her team get on with the sale of our house. We had been with another agency and basically wasted the whole summer. In 3 days Michelle and the Chadwell Heath team booked in 60 viewings for the open day, then sent round 2 agents to greet the viewers while we left them to it. It was amazing, we walked away seeing queues of interested buyers on our drive. We love the online service, you can see the offers coming in and they certainly did, for the asking price and more. Our house sold to a buyer from the open day, basically 3 days to sell it. The team continue to help with regular weekly updates on each stage of the sale process. As we move towards the finish line, a big thank you to Michelle and her sales team plus Charlotte and Tanya for the updates. Have already recommended you to friends and neighbours.

I identified three estate agents and decided to opt for Douglas Allen due to the engagement I had with Sean Corrigan. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer the many questions I had. I was further impressed by Sean's patience and that of the wider team at Douglas Allen. I was delayed putting my property up for sale but at no point did they bombard me with communications, instead they checked in and offered support if I needed it, and invited me to contact them when and if I was ready. As such, I'd highly recommend Sean and team to anyone looking for an estate agent.

This will sound like a fake review but it isn't - we had a choice between three different estate agents in Chingford and went with DA based on a recommendation from a friend. Our agent Michael was really positive and we really liked the way he acted too, so it was a pretty easy choice The photos that were taken of our flat were amazing and DA already had a viewing lined up before the flat went on the market - that viewing didn't result in anything but the very next one, on the day the flat went up, resulted in an offer which we eventually accepted. We were on the market for 24 hours. After the offer was accepted, Natasha took over and guided the sale through and was relentless in chasing solicitors and keeping us informed of what was going on, ensuring it went as smooth as possible. 100% recommend.

My husband and I cant thank Douglas Allen enough, every one was so helpful, I admit to finding the whole process a bit stressful, however with people such as the wonderful Chelsea Baldwin on your side things were a lot easier. Adam Jabbar, Jo Butler and Dave Tomlins were great as the sales team. Douglas Allen isn't the cheapest in the High St, I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for, the fee was money well spent....
