GoogleI recently worked with John Woodward for the purchase of my flat in Notting Hill Gate. He shattered my perception of estate agents because he was laid back, calm and not at all pushy. He acted swiftly to all my questions and requests, always transparent and friendly and I think fair to both parties in the deal. He made efforts to go beyond his box to help. GoogleDomus Nova were the founder sponsor of our theatre company, Shakespeare in the Squares, which tours a play round London’s garden squares and open spaces giving a platform for young actors and talented theatre practitioners. The company is now a well established part of the London Summer season and this would not have been possible without Domus’s generous support. In addition, Domus provide a picnic site and sometimes a free bar in the venues they sponsor and they play a key part in creating this unique community celebration. The Domus people are also a pleasure to work with.

The management maintains a direct line of communication with the landlord, passing over all of my requests the same day, and Natasha always makes sure maintenance issues are being addressed in timely manner with the best services and contractors.

GoogleI have used Domus on both the purchase and sales side and I have found them very helpful and professional. They give honest researched opinions and don't waste your time with properties that aren't right. I sold my place at a price nobody else managed to achieve and they only needed a few viewings to do this. I would use them again and recommend them.
