GoogleI was in London for 7 days and was looking to secure a new property in Notting Hill. I met Josh from Domus Nova one of the best agents I have worked with in many years. He listened and understood my criteria and discussed properties that met the needs but also showed me a property that I had not noticed on the websites. The most noticeable difference was Josh was supported by his colleagues and the team at Domus Nova and nothing was too much trouble. Josh navigated between myself the buyers needs and the sellers needs which needed thoughtful communication to drive both our timelines and requirements. The knowledge of the inventory available and the ability to drive a quick close wanted both by myself and the seller were managed perfectly. He made himself available on a Saturday which was his day off to facilitate the fact that I was only in town for the week. My whole experience with Domus Nova was excellent and I would recommend Josh to any buyer/seller.
