Without their help I would never have been able to secure my new flat. The continuation with their management team has been seamless thus far too. When I rent my house with Dexter, the first months was horrible, I really didn't recommend this company for rent an house, but when Soraya, our property manager, started to work with us, all change. The quality of her jobs is amazing. Any problem that we had with the house is resolved super quickly and good quality. Soraya, please stay with us always!!!!

I heard a lot of bad of bad reviews about them when i was saying to people around i saw the flat with Dexter. but i didn't believe any of them as i would prefer to judge based on my person experience. After finding a flat and paying 400£ (1week deposit ), I was waiting to pass what they call "the hub" a 3rd party.... right!!! ... to pass referencing but i didn't for whatever reason. Disregarding! The thing is you loose the 400£!!! so you pay 400£ for them to check ur details to see if u can rent or not !!!!! not 100£ but 400£ !!!! i find it dodgy a bit and i would not recommend them at all to anyone. They are sooooo much in favour to the landlord as he pays them by forgetting that without the tenant money / rent... they are out of business !!! I would Avoid in the future at any cost. i did deal with other agencies and their procedure in more genuine and professional .NegativeProfessionalism

Bad service and unfavourable contract terms. two of many examples: - the agent told us one of the doors in the building was storage but it was actually another flat's front door who are super noisy, so they clearly lied to us. - found out later, they spoke badly about us to the landlords (even though they were speaking badly about the landlords to us before we signed). -
