Heads up everyone looking to rent! They've been known to unfairly burden tenants with landlord renovation expenses turning the process of getting the deposit back into a nightmare.
They have also been caught unlawfully accessing the property without consent quoting repairs and alterations to the landlord in the middle of my tenancy and before the professional inventory checkout.
Approach with caution!
