GoogleI had the privilege to view a property by a young man named Ryan. He was extremely polite went through everything in great detail and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. He works for for a great company who provide the right of information. My partner and I left the viewing confident with the information provided by Ryan. GoogleVery poor responsiveness (it takes days to receive simple answers). The agent did not make an effort to meet me at the flat for the handover (had to collect keys at their office). No handover protocol was drafted. The place was in poor condition against what was stated in the contract. I had to arrange literally everything myself to put the flat into the state agreed in the contract and 3 months later am still fighting for my money. Have dealt with many real estate agents but have never experienced anything as poor as this.

GoogleHad a very poor experience with the majority of the team here. I had checked their Google rating before letting a property through them and so I assumed it would be a pretty smooth renting process, but it was much to the contrary. Following the end of my tenancy, it took over 2 weeks to receive my deposit back, which I had to call about on numerous occasions to get things moving. Despite this, they managed to call me and ask for a missed rent payment for the same property I had already vacated because they hadn't updated their system. Craziness.
