It’s been my utmost pleasure working with Millie! She made my dream come true! Tired of fruitless viewings earlier that day, I accidentally walked into the Dexters office. Chloe was very nice and efficient with me and my partner and went above and beyond to help us searching for our apartment and securing it with the help of the Manager Rosa. I would like to highlight the fact that we were also based abroad during the search and I want to say that Chloe’s effort was much appreciated and made this process much easier for us. She has been regularly messaging with relevant choices and always provided pictures and videos of the premises. My experience with dexter was a disaster. They are so rude, incompetent and racist agency. Everyone is saying this nice things about how they found a flat. Wait till you start living in the property and then you will know what sort of agency that will manage it. I lived in one of their flat from august 2016 to september 2021 and it was living in hell for me, i had to call the local westminister environmental representative 3 times to come in and help because they won't fix things in the flat. I lived in a flat where there was a big hole in ceiling of kitchen for 2 and half years without been fixed, the unstable door cylinder and unsafe situation. The so called directors Lee, cruella de vil (Sybil) are the worst people you ever want to deal with as well as Annabel the "karen" who always play the victim. There is so much i could write but i won't waste my precious time further. Word of advice people especially Black people in this area, stay away from this branch because you will never be treated as a tenant but just a number.

In all honesty, five stars feels too little. I went to see two studios with Millie Bresnahan, and I have to say that after a whole week of studio and flat hunting, this was by far the best service I experienced. Not only was she professional, attentive, and a downright lovely person to meet, but she was also courteous enough to change the viewing times after I mistakenly double booked (that will teach me to keep a calendar at hand in the future!) She answered every question I had, provided answers to questions I hadn’t thought of yet, updated me daily on the status of the application, and thanks to her I will be moving to the perfect studio, in the perfect location, at a truly affordable rent. Cherry on top of the cake: from viewing to tenancy agreement signing, it took less than 48 hours which is phenomenal anyway you look at it! I have been searching for a place for 2 weeks as London’s housing market is so hot. Last week I walked into Dexters and was greeted by Rosa, who happens to have a property that meets most of my expectations. We booked for a viewing on the same day’s after noon and was told that our offer was accepted the following day. It wasn’t an easy process since me and my roommate can only promise to rent for 12 months and can’t bid more on the rent. Therefore, we feel especially grateful for Rosa who fought for us in front of the landlord. The communication was efficient, professional, caring, and straightforward.
