GoogleThis was our first time renting with Dexters, and negative experiences with other agencies in the past we were skeptical. However, Jourdain and the team were excellent. Prompt communication by phone and email with no question too complicated (and we had many!). Very reasonable. Highly recommend!

GoogleIn March 2020 I paid 2 weeks of rent, over ยฃ600, for a flat which I was not allowed to move into because their legal team lacks the knowledge required to work with international clients. At the absolute height of worry with the pandemic and lockdown looming, their team left me and my husband homeless because they refused to acknowledge the Home Office's own advice. If the Right to Rent check does not come back to a letting agency/landlord within 48 hours of submitting the check, then the tenant is allowed to move in. I was struggling with gaining a COA from the Home Office, and I was met with robotic responses from their ill-advised staff which attempted to gaslight me and my husband at every turn. My solicitor was involved and has worked on 100's of immigration cases, and yet he was left baffled as to how Dexters acted as immigration agents without knowing 1/10th of the rules and regulations surrounding tenants rights. If it wasn't for friends, we would have been homeless for 2 weeks while they sorted themselves out. Imagine a letting agent taking all of your deposit, rent, and trust, and then telling you that they no nothing about the Right to Rent rules beyond submitting checks? This would not fly in any other industry.I will never work with Dexters again and encourage anyone thinking of doing so, to reconsider the true capability of their leadership team.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI was struggling to get a tenant for 3 months from August, due to the fact that the letting agency that I was with was with were far less than impressive. Michael for Dexters gave me a call and asked if they could take over, within a week I had a tenant and with the help of Alex process was done quickly and efficiently. GoogleReally happy with Dexters since they became my lettings agent in 2019. A real added value service, always available for some guidance and advice. Property Management central team are great at the routine stuff, but Blair and Charmaine are great with their attention to detail and proactive in their approach. They managed to get a legal addendum to the AST sorted no problems.

From the moment the house was put on the market until the sale finally took place we were kept informed of every development throughout the entire selling process.
