I would definitely recommend Dexters Notting Hill. Madeleine Wells helped me find the perfect apartment for my partner and me. I enjoyed her company while visiting the properties, as well as the honesty she showed in each one of them: it didn't feel as if she would hide anything from us but rather that she was here to help us find the flat of our dreams. She took all my remarks into account to choose the next property we would visit and they were all a very good fit! I have had problems with letting agents before, but her behaviour and proximity convinced me to take the flat as I know that as a tenant I can count on her and on all agents in the office. Once we said we would take the flat, everything went very smoothly and quickly, we even got an answer from the landlord about 4 hours after applying! this was very nice as this process can be very stressful.

To whom it may concern, I'd like to describe and rate the experience I had renting a flat with Jessica: It was smooth, effortless and I felt being in competent hands the entire way through. Jessica showed adequate concern in our well-being and worked tirelessly to make our renting experience comfortable and enjoyable. Or let me put it this way: Jessica changed my whole perspective on the occupation of estate agents. Before I thought these are people that take advantage of others being in one of their most basic and fundamental needs - to live. Jessica on the other hand seems to have a deep passion for connecting the right home to the right people, and she does it with charm, confidence and care. Just knowing that people like Jessica exist, makes me already dread my next renting experience in London less.

I found my flat through Dexters, the whole process went very smooth and easy. I dealt with the letting Consultant Eugene Doyle, who is a very professional and friendly agent . He was very fast in replying to my inquires, and patient to explain and clarify the conditions stated in the Tenancy Agreement. He made the whole process very easy and less hectic for me, especially that I just moved to London. I highly recommend to use his services for he is a customer service oriented with a pleasant personality.

Lovely experience with Mirjam who was transparent and engaging. She was prompt in providing me the information I needed and her approach is both authentic and balanced, ensuring both landlord and prospect tenant will be given a fair deal. Though I didn't end up letting a property directly through her, I felt confident what she provided me, v. rare across many estate agents nowadays who see prospect tenants as a £ sign and don't consider variables.
