Rosa understood exactly what we wanted and showed us one flat after the other all of which were potential flats we could live in. Our offer was accepted by the landlord, and the the agent started the referencing check for the background. After submitting all our private data (payslips, bank detail, passport…) to the agency and paid the deposit, the agent Mr. C called us said his colleague got another offer which was higher than us, and asked us to increase the price. at then end, the agent said they will go for another offer. I understand that the higher offer is better, but it was completely unnecessary for us to give all of our privacy and this should have been done if the both parties agreed to move forward. We are very disappointed with the entire process. Feel like losing trust for them. I think this should be raise up to the management team.

Have had very good experiences with other branches however very poor customer service in this branch. Due to work constraints we prefer to communicate via email which we mentioned on initial contact. We received a very passive aggressive and tactless response from Kevin MacPhee: "if you are looking to view properties or be serious about finding a property I will need you to give me a call to discuss a few details and book you in for a viewing." Communicating via email hasn't been an issue with other Dexters branches or other reputable agents so I can't see why this is an issue. Even if it is suboptimal, that response was completely unacceptable. Are you providing me with a service or am I providing you with a service? Totally unprofessional.
