GoogleTeam @Dexter are very professional. Day 1 started with team visit to our property.The next 4 months were consistent flow of prospects with timely feedback. Once the potential buyer was idendtified ( whilst we were away in Australia), the negotiations we smooth across all channels of communication and within a month transaction done. Chris and I did discuss the two properties that you showed us yesterday and, unfortunately, neither of them are going to work. Though they were ver good choices, we've decided we prefer a two-level property and would like it to be in an area that's a little less busy (which the 2nd property was, but was just too much house for us right now). I'd also like to take a minute and commend you for your professionalism and polish. We've been meeting with a lot of estate agents recently in our search and we really appreciate that you put the extra effort into your own presentation and also that you had additional properties to show us that we hadn't found ourselves online. Other estate agents usually fail on both counts, so Chris and I were quite impressed with you. If anything else becomes available that you think we may be interested in, please feel free to reach out. We've decided that we'd very much like a 2-level mews house with a garden in the back, but if something else outside of that comes along but it's comparable, happy to have a look. Thank you again! GoogleWe had Lucy Boynton looking after us for our sale and she was absolutely fantastic. It has not been easy, with complications until the last but she was calm and motivated throughout. We were always updated and have taken up so much of her time I don’t know how she has managed all her other clients! I have been thoroughly impressed and would definitely use Dexters again in future. GoogleI wanted to share my experience with Dexters because even though I didn't end up purchasing my first property through them I wish I could of. The staff were friendly and engaging and always made me feel like I was a valued customer. I ended up building a relationship with Charlie who was personable, knew exactly what I was looking for and always made me feel at ease (which we all know some agents don't). Couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely use them when I look to sell in the future.

GoogleI found my flat through Dexters and they have managed my property for the past three years. They have always been extremely helpful and have solved any issues I had in a very timely manner. Even thorughout the check out they acted as great mediators between myself and the landlord and made the process very easy. I have used many other london estate agents and Dexters have been the best experience by far.
