I don’t usually write reviews, but Eden Lindeidge absolutely deserves one. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, professional, responsive, and genuinely proactive throughout the entire process. Eden made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, well-managed, and even enjoyable at times. Communication was always clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the personal touch. It never felt like just another transaction, there was real care in making sure everything was handled properly and that we were comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is reliable, hardworking, and truly invested in getting the best outcome for you, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden. Had a really positive experience working with Lauren Marr. She quickly understood what I was looking for and only showed properties that genuinely matched my preferences. My experience with this estate agency (Dexters) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication during the tenancy was practically non-existent. Emails regarding serious issues were repeatedly ignored, and it felt like any attempt to get help or resolution was met with silence. One of the most serious problems was a leak in the property that took an entire year to be fixed. During that time, mold spread throughout the flat, creating an unhealthy living environment. Despite the severity of the issue and their failure to act, they still expected six + two months’ rent upfront, which felt completely unjustified. Adding to the frustration, my main contact at Dexters changed six times over the course of the tenancy. No one ever informed me of these changes, so I was constantly left in the dark, having to re-explain the same issues over and over again because no notes or history were ever kept on file. There was zero continuity or accountability. To top it all off, once the tenancy ended, it took them three months to return the non-disputed portion of my deposit, with no explanation for the delay. I tried contacting the property management (they also ignored my e-mails). Overall, the experience was marked by poor communication, negligence in handling maintenance issues, and a lack of basic professionalism. I would strongly caution prospective tenants to consider these issues before renting through this agency, and Im looking into whats the next steps for me to take this further (cause no other tenant should ever have to deal with this).

Letting at its Best Working with Rico Leslie and the team at Dexters was seamless when I wanted to rent out my flat. I invited two other estate agents to market my flat to guarantee strong competition. Rico was wholly unconcerned and boldly said his team welcomed fair competition. Rico has been proactive and driven as an agent since our first encounter. We talked about his calculated marketing strategy for my property, and Dexters obviously could attract a lot of attention. Rico set up for the team at Dexters to personally visit the property to become acquainted with its features to potential tenants; his thoroughness was clear-cut. Rico and Dexters have great local expertise and integrity. Rather than stating what they believe you should hear as a landlord, they support their market appraisals with data. Their results-oriented attitude gave me faith in their deliverability. I strongly suggest Rico Leslie and his associates to anyone seeking a dependable, informed, results-oriented estate agent.

We came to Dexters with a very tricky / specialist scenario ongoing at our property. Another agent hadn't managed to navigate it, or convince the market it wasn't an issue (which it wasn't), and we were in desperate need of an agent who was capable enough (and, frankly, could be bothered) to deal with the necessary explanations and constant buyer-liaison. Very glad to report they succeeded on all fronts - and we were particularly impressed by the whole team (all of whom were brought-in to meet us at the property - despite is being a small deal in the context of some of their other sales). Ollie in particular was excellent - very calm and pragmatic, while showing tactical nouse and commercial awareness at the right moments - and Georgia, of course, a very assuring presence throughout and an excellent team leader. Many thanks from us all - we would whole-heartedly recommend you to everyone - and this coming from someone who works at one of your competitors!

I recently was in contact with Ria during my search for an apartment to rent. She was available and proactive, regularly calling me with new listings that might interest me. Although I ultimately rented through another agency, my experience with her was very positive. Ria was always willing to show properties, even conducting virtual tours when needed. One area of improvement would be the pressure to fill all the papers for an offer so quickly, on the same day, for an offer presented only three days later. However Ria provided excellent follow-up and service. Thank you !
