I feel we were very well advised by Charlie in terms of timing, price point and off-market sales strategy, and we were extremely happy with the result, which was several great offers within a week or so, ultimately leading to the successful sale of our flat at a price we were happy with. Fab work by Liz also to shepherd the sale through from offer to completion and support all parties in making sure the sale got over the line. Overall, very proactive, tenacious, communicative team, with an extensive network of buyers and a great leader in the form of Charlie, whose sensible advice on sales strategy I think was the reason for a successful sale at a great price.
