GoogleHave been with Dexters in one form or another for about 28 years (they were Friend & Falcke first, then Beaney Pearce and are now part of Dexters). Rupal Patel has been the Property Manager for my two rental flats for at least the last 3/4 years. I have always found her to be very efficient and helpful with any of my queries, as has anyone else if she has not been around, and always chases things up quickly for me and keeps me in the loop if works are required to either of the flats. I did have the opportunity to have a different manager when my new top floor tenant moved in but decided to stay with Rupal as she knows the flats and their layout really well after so much time.

GoogleExcellent service from Katie at Dexters! Very professional service with a good understanding of what my needs were as a client and accordingly, she presented suitable options. Reliable follow up and she made every attempt to do property viewings at times suitable for me. Katie kept in touch and notified me when a property I was originally interested in came back on the market. It is the one I ended up purchasing in the end and this is all thanks to her. Would highly recommend.
