I have been very impressed by the service I received over the first half of 2024 from Dexters, particularly Percy Lendrum and Hannah Le Sueur, in handling the sale of a short leasehold flat in Lower Sloane Street. The property was not in great shape, unoccupied and with a somewhat complex ownership structure. Despite all these challenges, they found a buyer at a good price and persevered with remarkable patience, attention to detail and good humour to ensure a successful conclusion. I would definitely use them again and cannot recommend them more highly.

Avoid using, these agents are in the business of Gazumping. You’ll waste money on surveys & solicitor Fees whilst they keep the property on the market for higher offers. (After yours has been accepted). While not illegal it’s incredibly dishonest and poor practice. No wonder it takes them so long to sell properties. They also can’t count basic maths on how many years are left on a lease. The rental team are just as bad at advertising bills included! To find out they’re not once you’ve moved in. Compulsive liars. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

My wife and I recently moved to London and I was told finding an apartment would be a daunting mission. Reaching out to agencies via apps was a bit overwhelming with many responses. They have been fantastic from the start - accurately priced the property, visited the property themselves before commencing viewings and once under offer took as much as possible out of my hands to keep things moving forward.
