Percy and the team at Dexters have persevered through a particularly drawn out sale where other parties made a straight forward sale become a drawn out affair which became unnecessarily complicated. Dexters remained professional throughout, we did get there in the end and the sale has gone through. Sometimes things aren't as smooth as we might want and Dexters helped keep the sale moving, the buyer on board, and a successful conclusion.
