We chose Dexters to sell our flat and could not be happier with the service we have received. Percy visited the flat within a few hours of our initial enquiry. Once we had given the go ahead we had 12 viewings within a week and 3 offers over the asking price. Lucia found the buyer and then took over the process. She liaised between the buyer, ourselves and both sets of solicitors. The whole process has been stress free and unlike any other estate agent we have previously experienced. This really is service at it's best and we cannot recommend Percy, Lucia or Dexters Sloane Avenue highly enough.
