Connor Penfold was an incredible realtor in my apt hunt. He is so patient, informative, responsive, efficient and kind. Once I informed him of what I was looking for, he was able to share a variety of properties that fit my criteria and helped me book viewings for as many properties as I could fit into my schedule to make the best decision. He has been so helpful in an otherwise daunting and stressful journey - you are in the best hands if you have Connor in your corner! If you’re interested in renting a property then AVOID, this place. My partner and I spent a lot of money and time to travel to London in order to view a property in Battersea. We waited at the flat, no one showed up. We phoned the company and were bluntly told no one is coming and that they phoned in the morning to tell us so - I can assure you that’s a complete lie, we never had a phone call or an email. If you’re interested in who specifically provides this unprofessional service, her name is Caroline. Save your time and money by going elsewhere!

A huge thank you to lovely Vicky for helping to get our offer over the line. She had been responsive and considerate throughout the negotiation process. Great service. Friendly, efficient, helpful and professional team. A welcoming and a pretension free zone in the office and on the phone. Would recommend the Lavender Hill office highly. A special mention to Vicky - who has been lovely and also to Kirsty - go Smoggies! - who has been fab and of course Tom who took the time and trouble to educate us 2 country bumpkins where to live - where to swerve - and explain how the market works and helped us find somewhere to live in double quick time. Overall, I've found the team at Dexter's to be responsive and communicative. Everyone we've encountered in the agency has been polite and friendly. It's never seemed like a problem if we needed to rearrange an inspection date, for example. In addressing various maintenance issues, we have mainly been assisted by Tamara, who has worked with us dilligently and patiently. She leaves messages if I've not been available, and always seems friendly and helpful. Being able to easily reach someone on the phone makes a huge difference. I don't feel I've been mired in long drawn-out email threads. I gave four stars just because, for me, 5 stars means some kind of above-and-beyond exceptional service, and I'm not sure what that would look like! I'm not sure what other things I could be rating Dexter's on, but importantly there is nothing which stands out as negative. So far, we're very happy with Dexters. Thanks Tamara!

Tom Hume has literally gone above and beyond for us recently collecting mail for us, arranging furniture removals at last minutes, thank god we chose to have Dexters manage our property whilst we also asked Dexters to sell it for us. I cannot recommend Tom and his team enough here at Lavender hill. Their property management is absolutely the best in London (I should know we went through 3 until we settled with Dexters) They are all helpful, constantly communicative, for both property management and sales. I had to learn the hard way that the poor man really does pay twice, so do yourself a favour spend the money on Dexters property management and buy yourself peace of mind!!
