GoogleMaria Nocerino was enormously helpful in the sale of my house in Charlton, London SE7. The sale suffered repeated delays which required Maria's almost daily contact with the buyer's solicitor to keep the process going. We finally exchanged and completed on the same day. Maria's dedicated service on this sale strongly reinforces Dexters' already very good reputation in the market.

GoogleThere is no limit to the steps that Maria and Demi will take to get you to completion, from assisting with enquiries to the delivery of the contract. Ours was not a straightforward sale and purchase and there were a few twists and unexpected turns along the way. After having the house on the market with Strike for three months with only one viewing and no support it was a dream dealing with Dexters. Within a couple of days they had 10+ viewings booked in and sold the house shortly after. They had a professional, dynamic approach and kept me well informed at all times.
