I recently started using Dexters to find a home in south east London and they could not have made it easier for me. In particular two colleagues, Tyronne, whi handled my viewing, and Louie, who was amazingly dealt with my administration process, made the entire procedure seamless. I would like to thank Louie for putting in a lot of effort behind the scenes to ensure that both myself and the landlord are happy with the moving, and he was able to help me secure much needed documents for the reference process. I look forward to working with all of the dexters colleagues in the future.

I recently rented a property through Dexter and had a great experience. I interacted with Tyron, Louie, and Alicia, all of whom were very helpful throughout the process. I’m moving from Leeds to London, and Tyron really listened to my requirements and arranged viewings accordingly. Louie was very helpful with the tenancy agreement and provided all the details I needed. Overall, the process was very smooth. The Dexter team is friendly, supportive, and professional. Our landlord is in the process of selling the flat we are living in. Unfortunately, the team at Dexter are really disrespectful. They let themselves in twice in the flat without knocking while we were in. The agent could have at least rang the doorbell as a minimum. I have viewed flats on my end and all other agents ring the bell if they are unsure if people are in or not... There was even a time when we stayed in the flat expecting a viewing which was cancelled and never communicated, even after we called the office. They are fine chasing you when they want something from you. But when I need something from they, they won't bet back to me. I assume they provide good service for landlords/buyers but they don't care about tenants who are also stuck in the process...

George has been extremely helpful with finding us a suitable property to rent. Regularly checking in with us to see how we were getting on with our search even when he did not have a suitable property for us - but then came the moment where he got us a place that was exactly what we wanted in a great area. I rarely leave reviews but have to say George's communication style, attention to detail and depth of knowledge was a breath of fresh air in comparison to some of the other agents we dealt with. In football terms it is clear that George is Premier League and we wish him all the very best for the future as his career progresses. On a wider note thank you to the whole Dexter's team.
