I have just purchased through Tal Aulak at Dexters and I could not be more grateful to have someone so helpful during this process. My purchase wasn't simple, with a chain and a lot of moving parts. Ultimately, if it were not for Tal helping the entire chain the whole way through, I don't think the transaction could've happened. Tal went above and beyond all my expectations even though ultimately her client is the seller rather than myself as the purchaser. She also whipped into shape the estate agents that I used during my own sale, she was much more instrumental in getting this finalised than they were. If you would like the comfort of knowing that someone will do anything they possibly can to get your transaction finalised, I would go to Tal at Dexters. If I ever have to move home again, I will only use Tal myself. Thank you, Tal.

Trying to sort a rental property in London is a bit of a nightmare, but luckily Michael (Mason) at Dexter's really helped us get sorted fast. He was really responsive throughout the whole process of finding a place and applying - we always felt like we were kept in the loop with things. Our initial viewing with Maria was brilliant, she knew a lot about the property and was really friendy and engaged when showing us round, answering all our questions and chatting to us. Looking for a property to rent in London is not only challenging at the moment but also quite stressful - however, it has been much easier when dealing with Dexters. Our experience so far has been quite positive - having an offer initially rejected by the landlord (not Dexters fault) the agent we had been in touch with, Michael Mason, very kindly kept us in mind and reached out to us directly when the property we were interested in went back into the market - this time being successful! We have recently bought our first property and we have done so, through Dexters. Precisely, we were assisted by Tal and later down the process Mike joined the team. They’ve both been great the whole time, communication was kept very strong and clear, updates came continuously and we always felt we were being looked after and not neglected. We have asked to view the property several time at different times of the day and they always made it possible, even on a Shortt notice. I remember once, we had to wait a long time for a document to come through and this was creating lots of pressure and stress on our end; so we explained the situation to Tal and Mike and they stepped in immediately, followed up with sellers and solicitors and soon after that, the remaining document came through. The purchase was completed in 3 and a half months. I recommend Dexter! And if you get allocated to either Tal or Mike, rest assured you’re in very good hands.

I have to say the team at Dexters were superb! Having originally sold with Purplebricks and the chain collapsing, Dexters got in touch as they felt very confident they could resell the house quickly and boy did they deliver. Having an estate agent that is on the phone and being pro-active makes all the difference, we had multiple viewings and offers in a matter of weeks - with the luxury of picking our preferred buyer. We have used Dexters (formerly Peter James) over a number of years and most recently to sell our property in Charlton (completing March 2023). Despite doing this against the backdrop of the "mini-budget" we were still able to achieve a really good price and a lot of this is down to the efforts of the team at Dexters. Alicia did an amazing job with finding us tenants very quickly and professionally. A few things to point out unfortunately the office do not offer finders service only it's a percentage deducted per month which is much more than other agents however this time around I'm happy to pay after my last bad experience also the accounts delay making the first payment which made me go into my overdraft. Also they do not forward you confirmation of the work and landlord references Only screenshots after I requested, so we have to trust that the office have verified all the work and landlord references.
