Sebastian Roche has been so helpful and easy to work with. Our primary contact Owain Wilson has been incredibly considerate of our needs and so efficient through the entire process. Not only did he negotiate the perfect property to suit our needs remotely (we are based in Leeds and couldn't attend a physical viewing), he has also gone the extra mile to assist and accommodate us at every step, even while he was sick! I'm truly impressed with the grit of this agency and its employees and 10/10 recommend you connect with Owain if you're looking to move to London.

The communication with the agency has been great. They found us a flat and the whole process was very quick. Also they did care for us as tenants which is not usually how it happens if you consider that the main focus is to please the landlords but this agency is an exception. Hassle free paper work and lovely agents. Especially Owain has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming 🙏🏻, one of the best real estate agents I have dealt with.

Honestly have never had a good experience with the team at dexters! All issues we report are either not believed or take forever to sort out. Was left in a property with NO POWER or HEATING for 9 HOURS with a 3 year old! There's no care or empathy or urgency. Instead of making sure tenants have been updated they just end their day leaving you with no answers or updates. I feel for all renters through dexters if they're treated how we are!

Sold the house but at vastly less than they initially were ‘very confident about.’ £80k less. Also, wasn’t an enjoyable few months of chasing for updates, them over-promising and also wasting my time being taken to see ‘perfect for you’ pre-sale properties that they knew were totally inappropriate. Obviously a tactic to show new clients a large amount of initial viewings, but ultimately pointless if the people won’t be interested ie we got no second viewings from our large volume of first weekend potentials. And many over the weeks just didn’t turn up - indicating their lack of interest. Would not use this branch again
