Was hugely sceptical about hiring an agent, but Dexters worked tirelessly for us, from going to market to completion, the entire team have been truly exceptional. We interviewed a number of agents but took a liking to John as he was by far the most astute, realistic and honest of all of the people we met. The consideration and attention he gave to us was replicated by the entire team we dealt with, Nathan, George and Michelle were diligent and utterly dependable with their communication while scheduling and conducting viewings. After going sale agreed, Michelle and Davina went above and beyond to keep the sale progressing, and as things came down to the wire they worked with both solicitors on our behalf to ensure completion happened on time. Michelle came recommended from a friend to help buy our first house in London. Her knowledge about the real estate industry in London is excellent and she could answer anything we threw at her regarding the area, the house, the process (mortgages and more), etc. I grew up in Germany so it was great that Michelle could explain things simply to someone not used to English terminology or concepts and she gave us a range of options. She was consistently clear and made herself available to fit in with our work schedules and her temperament provided us faith in all she did. We recently sold our flat on Fentiman Road through Dexters. Graham and Mark were excellent, they got us offers from 2 different parties and we accepted an offer within 3 weeks of going online. The price was lower than we had hoped for but it was also realistic in the current market (Feb 2018). We were able to make an offer on a place outside of London that we had been keeping our eye on, and moved in May. This was a great result when we know of many people still waiting trying to sell in London. Very happy to have used Dexter's to make the deal happen.

AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wish I could give Dexter’s more than a 5 star rating. We sold our one bed flat in Stockwell through Dexter’s. We had previously been on with another local agent, we had hardly any viewings and the agent continuously blamed the market and brexit for the very slow activity. After our contractual period ended with our previous agent we decided to try Dexter’s. Mark came around to value our property initially. He was professional, provided a lot of examples of similar property sales in our area and gave a very thorough appraisal of our property. Mark provided us with an information pack and the paperwork we needed if we decided to go ahead. We did not feel pressured or obligated to sign anything and we were given plenty of time to have a think about it without being bombarded with calls. We decided to go ahead with Dexter’s. Graham and his sales team came around to meet with us and to learn about the flat so they were well equipped with information on viewings. Within a day we had more viewings booked in with Dexter’s than we had in 12 weeks with the previous agent, furthermore within 1 week, before the property was listed online, we had an offer on the flat which we accepted. After the offer was accepted Graham handed over to Amy in the sales team who was also incredibly professional, informative and without doubt kept us feeling calm during the entire process. She often knew more of what was going on than our solicitor. Mark, Graham and Amy were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sale process. It was an absolute pleasure to sell our flat with them.
