I had the please of dealing with Dunica and she was such a delight at every stage of the interactions I had with her. I felt listened and considered during a process that can often times feel the opposite. I completed less than a week ago and I do believe that Dexters was the best choice. The plan was to complete by the end of June, but slight problem in the Lease, which meant my Solicitor had to liase further with L&Q but worst of all, Land Registry. They are a law until themselves, but George who lead the Team was great. The fact that they were able to calm and reasure my Buyer to hold on for furthet two and a half months. Whilst George and his Team supported my Buyer i was able to focus on healing from a major operation that i had to have during the sale's process. A big thanks to George and his team, Kenning office deserve my five star.
