GoogleAfter making an enquiry on Dexters to rent a flat in London, Arbnor contacted me very quickly over the phone to work out what I was looking for and try and get me booked in for suitable places. He was very responsive to all of my queries via phone and email and very helpful/informative regarding how to navigate the whole process. Chloe also handled my flat viewing and offer process and she has also been very good at keeping me in the loop and helping me to negotiate my offer!

GoogleJanet has been my main point of contact over the past 10 years and can’t fault her. Any problems that have arisen, have been dealt with quickly and professionally. No problem is too small. Extremely approachable with a courteous manner. I do rely on her to manage my flat and trust her judgement.

GoogleThe worst experience I've had, if I never have to speak to this bunch again I'll be too happy. They constantly lie about things, take forever to reply to emails and never call you back. They never told me about construction on the property that I signed for. They made me pay the bills for the property as they lied and said they did tell me about undergoing construction. They promised to find another tenant, I signed an end of tenancy agreement and now they are saying the valid document they sent me is not the end of the tenancy and I'm still liable for these bills as a tenant never moved in. Avoid using them at all costs!

GoogleIn search for my new home, I was lucky enough to meet this amazing young lady named Chloe. From the first moment she was kind and friendly, which meant the World to me, because I had very bad previous experiences with agents. Also, her knowledge of property, as well as understanding my needs was excellent! I felt like she was trying to do her best, and went an extra mile to help me get the property I was looking for. I was always updated about about what is going on, and that was on her own initiative. I wish that there is more people like Chloe in this world!

GoogleIt's not very often that I give a five-star review to anyone! However, the team at Dexter's really deserve it. Mark promised me when he took on the property that he and his team would work tirelessly to find a buyer, which they did. Anthony and some of his colleagues did all the leg work, hosting numerous visits, and managing the process as best they were able. Mark then closed the deal. Also, a shout out for Angela, who managed the legal side at Simply Conveyencing to whom I was introduced to by Mark right at the beginning. A fine term performance indeed.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience purchasing a property with the assistance of Nick Milios. Nick showed us a great selection of potential properties and was both lovely and informative when driving us around for viewings. Once an offer had been made, he was always proactive and totally on top of all developments in the conveyancing process. He kept things moving and assured that we were able to complete according to our planned timeline. Highly recommended!
