We feel quite disappointed especially by the fact that we had to chase the agent multiple times to confirm receipt of our updated offer(s). We also received contradictory communication from other colleagues when we called the agency but the agent was not there. In short, we will never use this agency's services again as other agencies in the area seem to care much more about their clients.
