We appointed Dexters to rent our house, built about 1775. Alex and Eva had set up the website by the next day, and viewings were carefully vetted. We received appraisals of each visit and within a week suitable tenants had been found. This unique house posed no problems to them. We had our queries answered promptly by telephone and the office was open long hours. Their assessment of the potential tenants was accurate too, matching their requirements with ours. Dexters will also assist us and organise the transfer of the utilities and checkin/out. We would highly recommend Alex and Eva who spent so much time assisting us and who were professional and charming throughout.

Antony is by far the most professional, yet friendly and considerate estate agent I have ever come across. He communcates cleary, transparently, honestly and with consideartion and care, not to mention his prompt responses. I was mostly impressed by a cross-culture case where the vendors/buyers came from completely different cultural backgrounds (I was helping a Chinese friend on the buy side) and the deal was at risk of falling through last minute due to miscommunications between solicitors as well as messages lost in translation. He managed to rescue and revive the situation as well as the relationship between the vendor & buyer and the deal went ahead, which was nothing short of a miracle under the difficult circumstance. I would highly recommend Antony and Dexters to anyone.

We are in the process of renting a flat from Dexters. Gareth Parry has been great organising our move and helping us clearly understand the logistics of it. We are a couple renting our first home together - Gareth makes us feel comfortable in what we’re doing, not hiding anything and talking us through all the processes fully. He’s always contactable - whenever we’ve had a query we have been able to easily get hold of him and feel as though we are prioritised and he cares about our experience.
