Added value, proactive, professional Mark, Nick and their team were simply superb over the last 10 months handling my probate sale. From the initial contact they were knowledgeable and supportive and extremely helpful through the pre award period. Post award, they managed a marketing programme and competitive sales process masterfully. Not once did I feel the need to chase progress nor worry that any detail was being left unattended to. They and their team had to deal with 50 plus viewings and 40 offers, landing the sale without fuss or putting a foot wrong! Thank you for all the hard work guys!

I searched for a property for a while and Louis went above and beyond my experience with other letting agencies. I contacted him for one property, he got me a second viewing. When I didn't put an offer on those flats, he called back a couple of weeks later to check in. I'd extended my search to another area and he passed me to a colleague in a branch in that area His colleague called me within the hour, I was really impressed.

Excellent experience, and I say that as a property professional who has been in real estate for many decades. Mark was initially a bit too bullish about price but once gauging market reaction reverted to a more realistic figure. We then had a lot of viewings (all reported straight away by email) and a buyer was found. I can't praise Anthony Stavrou enough - he guided our (first time?) buyer through a lot of the complexities of buying a leasehold. He clearly established a rapport with them to help them through the process and liaised with us on issues of detail in order to confidently respond to the buyer when queries were raised. Well done, Anthony! And also well done to Mark - who stepped in now and again when Anthony wasn't there. It's always good to know that a senior person in the office actually knows what's going on if someone's unavoidably absent.

Spoke to Anthony on the phone to give my property requirements. He was very helpful, and immediately sent through a list of potential properties. We were interested in viewing a couple, which he promptly arranged. Ben held the first viewing and was excellent. Anthony then arranged for us to view one of the properties twice more with a builder and an architect. Anthony couldn’t have been more accommodating and made time for viewings whenever we requested. We didn’t go ahead with the property, but was very impressed by the experience and would certainly reach out to Dexters again.
