We've successfully acquired our very first home, and what an incredible journey it turned out to be... After nearly 7 months, with a whirlwind of emotions, ups and downs, and dramatic moments, the experience reached its zenith. Without delving into specifics, I want to express my appreciation to Ben for consistently being available to address our inquiries. His professionalism, positive mindset, and exceptional customer service are noteworthy. Many businesses fail to recognize the significance of the service they provide. While there are standard procedures for assisting with buying or selling products, it's the genuine involvement and dedication that truly matter to customers. If clients sense that you're merely focused on your commission, you become just another number in the market. However, Dexters shattered this perception for us. Ben ensured we never felt this way. Reading the comments here, we understand that excellence is definitely the norm when it comes to Dexter ACTON, but one name doesn’t stand out enough and it's definitely Simon Harding! We had a first-class experience with him, from the beginning to the end. It only took him a few hours to help us finding the perfect home for us, after we'd been looking for weeks and weeks with other agencies. We've never seen an agent making match the expectations that of a tenant with those of a landlord with so much promptness. It certainly takes experience, but above all it takes skills, empathy and dexterity :) Simon has it all ! Truly impressive. Bravo and thank you Simon! Simon Harding was communicative, understanding and professionally effective, as we navigated the steps to securing our new home. Simon and Dexters Acton had a professional and polite work culture that greatly mitigated the stress of moving. Simon was on call and was highly communicative and friendly with both myself and my partner. On a separate note, Dexters partner Lettingshub, (aside from their necessary credit checks) were a nuisance to deal with, and repeatedly asked for the same information multiple times and actually cold called me during work hours attempting to sell me third party insurance, they also sent me emails labelled urgent with threats (emboldened in red lettering) warning me that I may lose my upcoming tenancy if I were to not respond, as I investigated it was simply another non-mandatory option to purchase insurance. Moving home is stress enough, but trying to decipher what is necessary to respond to and what is nothing more than an opportunistic sales pitch, during work hours is beyond irritating. Simon and the human team at Dexters were fantastic and kind, unfortunately the system in place at Lettingshub is and was simply not good enough. It would have been a breeze if we’d been allocated somebody of Simons caliber for our credit checks, in person or on the phone in one scheduled meeting at our convenience. As opposed to a dragged out, ineffective and erratic computer operated credit checker that has forgotten its primary function as a customer service.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Lara Rose in Acton office. My fiancée and I were new to London and were looking for a flat to rent.
