Short: Dexters are real professionals, they really help you find a place, and once they found you one, they help you through every step, and Keishan is the man. In details: I really thought finding a place in London was going to be a headache. Instead, I was very VERY pleasantly surprise by the service of Dexters. From looking up places online (at night), to getting a phone call the next morning asking for my availabilities, and doing a viewing (online in my case), and facetiming Keishan, and getting an answer from the landlord, and securing my apartment in London... it literally took LESS than 24 hours for me to secure a place in London (and I did NOT have to bust the bank). If you put it into perspective, this would be absolutely unthinkable in other major European cities (like Berlin, Munich, Paris...), but they did it. Keishan Wignall is the man; answering any questions you have, picking up the phone within seconds, always available, getting back to you within minutes, clear instructions, no gibberish, no fancy talk, very helpful and very respectful. Just the best. Really glad I dealt with Dexters and Keishan. Can only recommend.

He has been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process, and we are incredibly grateful for all his help and support Buying a property can be a long, stressful and sometimes challenging experience, but Rami made a real difference. Keishan was incredibly helpful in helping me find a studio flat. He quickly sent me many options to view after one phone call and arranged for me to see multiple properties which fit what I was looking for, even within the day in some cases. He was very knowledgeable on all the properties viewed and able to answer all the questions I had. The communication was the best I have received from an estate agent, always returning calls and calling me most days when my tenancy agreement was in progress to give me updates which made the process easy to understand and quick. I would recommend Dexter’s as a student renting for the first time and especially Keishan’s help.

Received fantastic service from Keishan. We rented a flat for my daughter who was overseas at the time and as I’m up in Yorkshire we were quite awkward to coordinate! The service, help and assistance was above and beyond to get it sorted for her. Keishan was very responsive to every question - even the stupid ones and he walked us through the whole process. He has continued to be helpful even after move in day and I have every confidence the levels of service will remain high throughout her tenancy. Sold my flat with them, and given that my flat sprung a leak (from upstairs) during the process amongst other issues the Dexters office (Peter D amongst others) were very persistent in keeping the process moving through to resolution, on top of all the steps needed as well as ably handling the initial phase of viewings/finding the right buyers & price point. Literally could not have done it without them. They had also previously helped with tenants in the flat many years ago.
