In the past month we have had two properties let by Dexter's, and on each occasion the service has been absolutely top notch. All those little things that need doing to get the rental done, the guys at the Acton office handled. Simon and Rachael were helpful, friendly and always on hand to get the jobs done. The latest rental, I had to try and deal with from all the way over in China on a three month work trip! Because of this, I relied heavily on Charmaine, who made the entire process smooth and hassle free. She dealt with everything I couldn't, being so far away and really went above and beyond to help get the property rented quickly and smoothly. Fantastic agent and fantastic service! Would recommend without hesitation.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dexters Acton to find a flat. I moved to London from the US and was intimidated and overwhelmed by the London rental market. However, Charmaine and Rachel at Dexters Acton made the process simple and stress-free. Both of them were incredibly responsive to my (many, many) questions, always quick to respond to an email or pick up the phone. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding. With their help, I was able to find an awesome flat in the location I wanted for a great price. I’ve had a great experience with Dexters. Ive lived in different parts of Acton my whole life and this is the first Ive used dexters. Fabio was great and really down to earth. We got along well and he has great local knowledge. I ended up finding a place via spareroom, but i still felt inclined to write this review as it was a real pleasure interacting with Fabio. Rami from Dexters sold out flat and cannot recommend him enough! Throughout the whole selling process he kept us informed and managed to have straightforward and direct communication with us, the multiple solicitors and the buyer involved. He was able to avoid multiple delays throughout the enquiries stages and even managed to retrieve documentation that was missing to keep the process going on as fast as possible. His professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy throughout the process was outstanding!

My experience with Dexters Acton Estate Agent has been a good one. Last month I started looking for new shared accommodation to rent. I did not know the agency until 17 May when I called them. I had a viewing the next morning, which was very successful. We agreed to start the process to move to that property. I learnt how complex this process is and how thorough Dexters is. Ten days after the viewing all appeared in order. I would certainly recommend this agency to other potential tenants.
