GoogleI recently had the opportunity to work with Nahida at Dexters Fitzrovia while looking for a new home, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were remarkable - queries were always addressed promptly, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and they made sure I understood every step of the process! ***UPDATE*** Just over a year since I wrote a glowing review, and I regret my words. Once the contract was signed, Dexters made NO effort to resolve the myriad of issues in the property (e.g. mould). The property has definitely been misrepresented to me, as it turned out that there was no way to get broadband or 4G wifi in the property - not mentioned during the viewing. The property was new, however had a leaky roof causing mould to grow - was only resolved 6 months after reporting, prompted by a letter from the council and threat of legal action. No compensation offered for any of the issues, despite recurring requests to the agency to speak with the landlord. Emails ignored for weeks. Terrible.

GoogleMy experience with Dexters Fitzrovia was amazing. Luis Bolis helped me a lot in securing a new flat. He was extremely responsive when I had questions regarding the property. Not to mention that he is very kind and energetic, which made the process that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Dexters Fitzrovia if you are looking for a new place.

GoogleI have had the pleasure to interact with Laz Demetriou for my flat-hunt in London and I would highly recommend him as one of the very few reliable, professional and non-stalking agents I have bumped into since I moved to the UK. While Dexters seems to have a high-quality options in its portfolio, Laz has been accurate, efficient and respectful in engaging whenever a suitable opportunity was out there. Pity that this is not the norm.

He is of good advice, straightforward and knows the local market very well. GoogleMatthew was very helpful throughout the whole process - from information on the property I originally inquired about to alternative options that ticked all the boxes in my list. As a first time renter, he made the process a breeze. I should also add that I was in the other side of the world while finding a place to live in London - so communications wise, they were amazing!
