We worked with Stuart Aikman selling our apartment in Bloomsbury. We were in a challenging chain and Stuart helped us with complex matters involving the lease. I found my flat in Goodge Street through these quys. Everything went very smoothly and they have been great with everything. When moving in, I was in contact with Laz (thanks!), and now, when moving out, I think George is the agent to help my landlord find a new tenant - and even here the dialogue is excellent, always with good corresponance with him (thanks!), when he has a new prospective tenant. I fully recommend Dexters Fitzrovia.

Dexters helped me out in 2016 - 2017. Ms. Andrea helped me find my home and is a lovely person. Mr. Lazarus was a great person to know in the Goodge Street office, along with all the rest of the team who were always courteous, professional and caring. They found me a place, helped me move in, and helped me move out, all the while making sure life for me was made as easy as possible. They were always available to call or see in the office. If I needed help with issues such as council tax/maintenance Dexters would respond and point me in the right direction, and often would go through the trouble of finding solutions and providing phone calls for me themselves. Of all the housing agent people helping me in London, Dexters were by far the best. I was studying in London at the time, and my undergraduate degree would not have been a joy if it wasn't for them.

The team at Dexters have been extremely professional throughout the whole sales process. I decided to speak to three local estate agents about the price of my property. I decide to use Dexters as Stuart Aikman was very clear on how he was appraising my property and showed me a selection of similar properties they had recently sold in the West End. The sales team were very quick to book viewings, even before we went on to the internet.They were always one step a head of the game and gave constructive feedback after the viewings . Alison at Dexter’s Fitzrovia was extremely helpful with finding me my property in the Fitzrovia area. She was very professional and punctual, I never felt pressured to go above my budget, nor to look at properties that didn't fit my specifications, my feedback was listened to and to the correct adjustments to further property searches were made based on this. Despite a lengthy search, only through my own exacting and constantly changing requirements, she remained patient and courteous. A luxury I have not had with other similar agents. Having used them, and having been guided by Alison, I would highly recommend to others and will certainly use again in my future property viewings.

I let my property in Fitzrovia in September 2016 through Dexters', through their new Fitzrovia branch. I dealt with Leon, Adrianna and, in particular, Richard. All were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Communication was excellent, and small issues along the way were dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I was worried about having a void period, so was very happy when Dexters let the apartment in under a week! I initially chose Dexters' Fitzrovia mostly for their location, being so close to the property, and I like having a physical office to pop in to; I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service. The team were lovely to deal with from start to finish, and I look forward to continuing to let my property through Dexters - thank you! I would highly recommend Dexters Fitzrovia to anyone letting property in Central London, especially Fitzrovia.
