His service attitude made the entire rental process smooth and pleasant. Prompt and Efficient Communication In terms of communication, Leorenta's response speed was truly impressive. Whether contacted via WeChat, phone, or email, he always responded within a very short time, never keeping clients waiting. This efficient communication greatly improved the overall process. Thoughtful Extra Service What particularly stands out is that when my tenancy was about to begin, I was not yet in the UK. Leorenta proactively offered to keep the house keys for me. This thoughtful gesture solved a major problem for me and allowed me to handle other matters with peace of mind. This kind of help, which goes beyond the usual service scope, truly reflects his genuine care for his clients.

I worked with Alex at Dexter's Fitzrovia and found the flat of my dreams! I moved from the US to attend graduate school in Bloomsbury Square and wanted to stay as near to campus as possible. I had only one week in London last summer to visit apartments and find a lease, and he helped schdule many visits and was super responsive in helping us secure exactly what we were looking for on a fixed amount of time.
