GoogleOther landlords beware! I'm not one to usually leave reviews but in this case I feel it necessary. High pressured sales environment that is very much weighted in the tenant's favour. You are pushed to review Dexters on Google immediately on dealing with them where I chose to wait until the end of the tenancy to do so when I feel I knew what their service was actually like. Dexters managed to lumber me with antisocial tenants who caused my neighbours continual trouble. When the tenancy ended, we needed to make genuine and very fair deposit deductions but Dexters managed to long finger it for nearly 3 months to grind me down into accepting the tenants poor offer. They asked me to produce quotes for repairs but when the tenant claimed they could get the repairs carried out cheaper I requested (reciprocally) a quote to prove this price which Dexter's didn't bother to get and instead (some weeks later again) chose to get a manager to try and talk me into accepting the tenants offer with no justification to the price at all. If you're a tenant, you'll love them as you can get away with poor behaviour but if you're a landlord my advice would be look elsewhere to a company who has both the landlord and tenant's interests equally in mind, I certainly will be in future!
