GoogleWith house buying and selling dragging on so long with a chain you need the support of a professional and understanding team and so we are glad we chose Roy Brooks to sell our house. GoogleI have viewed a few properties advertised by Roy Brooks and all the agents have been lovely. In the end I have purchased one of the apartments. I was mainly liaising with Harry Cartwright, who has been courteous and professional throughout the whole process. He was extremely responsive and diligently provided all the information required. I would highly recommend him and the agency.

GoogleWe rented a property with Roy Brooks as intermediary / agent for a few years. On the whole, we found their quality of responses and overall helpfulness to be very low whenever we required support. Certain members of their team who deal with paying tenants quite simply should not be in customer-facing roles. I understand there’s a large volume of tenants in the same situation we were, so I would recommend organising an anonymous survey to channel open and honest feedback so that the necessary improvements can be made. Until then though, I would not recommend dealing with Roy Brooks if you can avoid it.

They were all friendly and professional and seem to genuinely love what they do.
