GoogleWhen we had to relocate to Devon at short notice, Stacy and all at Roy Brooks were invaluable in their help and expert advice. They found a buyer immediately and made the emotional upheaval bearable! Professional, courteous and if we were ever selling in South East London again they would be our first choice.

GoogleVery professional outfit. Edward Torry, my agent, was very diligent and made the whole sale process go smoothly with lots of excellent communication. My one comment would be that the quality of photos doesn't compare to some other agents - they are quite basic, and didn't show off the property to its best in my opinion.

GoogleMy partner and I just bought our first house with Roy Brooks and honestly couldn't have done it without Stacy Kaur!! She spoke me through every step, helped me know what to expect, what I could ask solicitors for, and pushed things along! She was never too busy to take my call and appreciated my work pattern and would call me out of hours. Buying a house is scary and Stacy took all my silly questions and was patient and kind throughout.

In the midst of a tricky time and our buyers falling through numerous times due to COVID, they remained highly responsive, maintaining the same level of attention and professionalism throughout the sale. And we sold out flat in the end for just a tiny bit below the asking price :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
