GoogleWould avoid this letting agent entirely if possible, their agents are quick off the mark to send you properties but are constantly insisting bidding wars and will make you bid over an already over pricing property.
Once you say you like a property they will really tug on your anxiety about competition. I hope the dexters team enjoy there disgusting behaviour before it becomes genuinely criminal with the new renters rights bill.
They have directly priced people out of areas they grew up in. Part of the gentrification machine. AVOID
