GoogleRoy brooks provide and excellent service as our letting agents and property managers. They respond to tenant requests and problems promptly , informing us immediately , advising us and then asking for our consent to carry out repairs alterations etc. They are proactive in searching for new tenants and carry out all the required checks and organising contracts in a timely fashion. We would recommend Roy brooks as letting agents and property managers.

GoogleI've had a wonderful experience looking for my next rental property. Andre showed me a property that didn't work out, but remembered what I was looking for. He called me up when one came to his attention. He sent me pics and then went out of his way to accommodate me seeing the place late in his working day. He was generous with his time seeming to really care that I found the right place for me. He acted swiftly to communicate my offer to the landlord and I'm pleased that I'll be moving in in 3 weeks! My experience has been great so far.

GoogleWhen a rental fell through one week before we were meant to move in due to the landlord, the Roy Brooks team helped us find another flat within a day and even waived their fees because of the last minute drama which was very generous. The screening process however is laborious and unforgiving of anyone not in really normal employment, but I guess that's the same for most estate agents, so no blame on RB. Would recommend to friends.

GoogleBeen with Roy Brooks a great chunk of my life and not because I was too lazy to look any further. Good advice and genuine help from a great bunch of people. James the owner having been in this business all his life will have the answers to your questions, if not will soon get them for you. Would you expect a man that has obviously been to the right schools and at the time was wearing a nice suite to climb up on a high roof to question roofers on my behalf.
