GoogleWith our tenants moving out of our flat the Dexters office handled the journey of finding and settling in a new tenant very professionally. Above all their communication was outstanding and this was the key to all party's ending up with the outcomes they would wish for.

GoogleI had a very poor experience with the estate agents here on a purchase. The team was unprofessional and appeared unable to listen and communicate. They made up inaccurate information during the process which made it difficult. I have since stopped using them for other businesses.

GoogleI have been renting with Maritime Properties for the past 6+ months and I have loved my time with them. The process of renting is super smooth and fast, the maintenance of the property is promptly done, and the tenancy department is wonderful and super helpful! Sara Khan has been an incredible support throughout my tenancy, she is an amazing asset for Maritime Properties!

GoogleRUN. I didn’t have a choice as I needed a place to stay, so I had to go through with them, but since the very beginning of the tenancy process, this agency has been disorganized, lacking in replying, vague and ridiculously slow to resolve critical issues (no heating and cracked window - it was December!). Just to mention a few: they didn’t clean the property before I moved in, saying that the previous tenant moved out only ONE day before me.. I have the energy meter records that show the electricity was turned off ONE WEEK before I moved there. Moreover, they didn’t check if basic things such as heating, electricity, toilet (!!) were working. Anyway, I pointed out these issues twice (at the viewing and at the key collection), however, it still took a ridiculous amount of emails and calls from me to them, and 1 month and a half of wait, to have most of them (not even all) fixed. If you have a choice, please don’t go through with this agency. You’ll spend your tenancy stressing to get them doing their job while you pay their salary.

GoogleThey find us tenant within a week which is amazing! Then they help sort out all the paperwork very efficiently as always. But they don't transfer the rent as "immediately" as expected and it'd take about a week.
