Maritime properties is an extremely unprofessional letting agency. Carla Storey was the agent I was in touch with and she withdrew my offer after confirming with me and saying that the owners were keen to let me rent the property. I was very very disappointed with my experience with them and will warn people not to rent any properties through them. Very poor experience.

We had a tricky recurring problem with our heating and hot water that took a lot of back and forth with the building owner to resolve.
