Absolute scum. As soon as you sign a rental contract their "service" falls off a cliff. Good luck trying to get anything fixed once the apartment starts falling apart. With some luck a collapsed kitchen counter might take 2 months to get fixed. Or when the key fobs stop working in the middle of winter and you can't access your building, they take over 4 months to replace them for you? Or better yet they ask you to pay for a broken front door lock yourself and dodge their responsibilities altogether. And then... once the contract is up they try to jack up your rent by 20 PERCENT as a thank you!! I've lived in multiple places around London and even worked in real estate myself at one point, and the people here are the absolute worst in the business. These parasites are the reason why there's a housing crisis and will do whatever they can to make it even worse. Whether you're a tenant, a landlord, or looking to sell, avoid these people like the plague. You'll save yourself a world of headache (and undeserved fees!)

Disappointing

We approached Dexters to rent out our property. Initially they were very helpful. When we were ready to move ahead I asked for a copy of the agreement we would have to sign with them. Despite chasing them up, we have had no communication from them since then. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered with the admin but we have now taken our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.
