Despite previous attempts by other staff members failing to deliver results over the course of nearly a year, Dominique stepped in and swiftly sorted out the issues, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to his job. High quality property management from Donalina Gargrupe

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. I have appreciated her advice and feel she has helped me to be a good landlord. I have not always had the communication I want from property managers in the past and wish there were more like Donalina!

It all comes down to the individual…

It all comes down to the individual agent you have as your contact, and I count myself very lucky to have Fahima as my contact. I have been with Dexters for many years and have had good experience over the years, but I find that Fahima is outstanding. My wife and I met her at the apartment and found her charming. She has also dealt very proficiently with a contractor who did a very poor job and who were uncooperative in returning to remedy the problem (and who in my opinion Dexters should never use). Eventually I gave up with them, and Fahima found a very satisfactory alternative who was new to Dexters. In my opinion she is a great advertisement for Dexters.

Renting and support after moving in

We have rented from Dexters. Our property viewing experience was good as Jack Beacom arranged for us to view the property twice before deciding. However, we felt a bit pressured when we learned many others were bidding for the rental and it felt like a now or never decision. After moving in we raised multiple repair issues which Talia White promptly dealt with. Talia is responsive and considerate as a property manager. Overall, we are happy with the support after moving in.

I lived in a Dexters new build (Ambrose House) for about 18 months from 2022-2023. Although there were some promised amenities that weren't delivered (gym, Tesco express, etc), a lower score wouldn't reflect the service we received from two attentive members of the team who went above and beyond.I was particularly impressed by Petros when he came on board. I found him personable, responsive and helpful. He and Suzy, another fabulous associate, are great members of the Dexters team and every interaction with them was pleasant. Suzy provided clear and consistent phone and email support and advice during our moving out period and Petros was proactive in ensuring we received our deposit once the necessary checks were done on our apartment.

Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. Great property management team

My family and I have several properties rented out by Dexters for a number of years now. I also have properties with different management agents and can honestly say they have been one of the best. Special thanks to Natasha Benedik for all she has done for me over the years, and the rest of her team including Lydia Beesley, Rachel Sapurco and John Miller - very proactive in getting new tenants in, quick to reply to emails and help sort out flat maintenance. Dexters - Chris McCandlish - Outstanding Property Manager

We live in Australia and Dexters have been our managing agents since 1999. Our principal contact in the firm changed to Chris McCandlish, the Head of Property Management and I have nothing but praise for his work on our behalf. So much so in fact that, only half jokingly, I told him that if he ever fancied a move 'down under', I'd definitely employ him. He's frank in his advice, active in finding the right solutions for you and rigorous in execution. Given the distance between us and the limitations imposed by the time difference, communication is all important. Chris has again set a very high bar, he's even called me a couple of times when its either been very early or very late in the UK. In summary, I can't recall a better property manager that I've dealt with, here or in the UK, in over 24 years. Chris is outstanding and I unreservedly recommend his services. If he ever left Dexter's I'd go with him.

My experience with Dexters has been great. Since I moved in to a property, whenever I have a maintenance issue, Donalina Gargrupe/Property Manager is absolutely lovely and helpful. Most recently I had a boiler issue and Dona has been very helpful and diligent, since she got my first e-mail reporting the issue. She e-mailed and called me many times to keep me updated and kept in contact with the vendor until it was all sorted. So, a BIG thank you!

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

Brilliant team

Many thanks to Gaz, Alice and team for all their hard work and help with the sale of my property. Throughout all the many twists and turns they were there to move things along and Alice worked incredibly hard to make sure it was a success, going above and beyond while I was abroad. Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. This included making sure I was happy with the finished replaces from repair contractor Mr Totman who did a brilliant job restoring the side gate and gave advice to maintain it. Sarah has been wonderful from start to finish throughout the process of buying my first flat. When viewing properties, she really listened to my feedback and knew exactly which properties to suggest viewing next. When negotiating the sale, she always kept me up to date and I really felt that she did her best to get me the perfect flat for the best price. Up until the contract exchange, Sarah and Mike were both fantastic at keeping all parties informed of each other's progress and giving anyone a nudge if required. The whole process has been so smooth and stress-free, I cannot thank Sarah enough and would highly recommend her and the Dexters team!
