Dexters - Superb service

Charlotte and her team of property managers provide a superb and highly professional service to me - and to my tenant (which is important as well of course.) The team are diligent, hard-working and contactable as well as being really proactive and very quick to flag any maintenance or tenancy issues. I've been with Dexters for nearly 10 years now as a landlord and just wouldn't go anywhere else. I've got total confidence in the team to manage my flat and would 200 per cent recommend.

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.

Dexters have been great when it came to selling my flat. I was with an alternative agent before them with very little getting done. As soon as Dexters came along it was a completely different experience. My expectations were managed appropriately and the whole process was dealt with swiftly and professionally from start to finish. Rubin has been great at keeping me updated and providing the best advice to get things moving forward. I appreciate his hard work and can’t fault his professionalism. Lots of issues when moving in, helpful getting these sorted

I recently moved into a property let by and managed by Dexters. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because I thought I would be less likely to have issues with it being a larger company. However when I moved in there were a wide range of issues including mould, furniture that was supposed to be removed, broken appliances and blocked drains. Basic checks before I moved in would have identified these issues.

Recently I had an issue with an appliance at one of my rented properties, Nabil Subhani dealt with back and forth between his maintenance team, the tenant, the insurance company and directly with me. In all the time. Dealing with the matter, Nabil was responsive to all matters in an extremely efficient and timely way. Very sloppy service from Dexters

Very sloppy service from Dexters. Missing attachments to emails, forgetting to send information, incorrect information was sent.At check-in, they didn't even give us the right keys.... Sloppiness was a constant through the process....The house was very very dirty, despite it should have been professionally cleaned by contract. There was mold, dust, dead insects.... Lots of furniture was broken or not fixed. We are not sure if the landlords were informed at all at this point.Another red flag is that the agents try to lock tenants in very long contracts, a new trend with many companies. They didn't pressure as much as others, but still, they create this constant sense of urgency for the tenants.... then they disappear for days and need constant follow-ups.Do not recommend.

Daniel's customer service is great

Before Daniel F joined the team I struggled a bit with Dexters (hence the 3 stars). Often things would not be done, people wouldn't log when there had been a visit to my flat so more would be booked in and there were lack of updates at times which felt frustrating. However after dealing with Daniel F it feels like things are changing for the better and if I had always dealt with Daniel I would prob give Dexters a 5 star rating. Great customer service, always keeps me informed and gets things moving which I really appreciate!

Dexters took my unit from the moment it was handed over till it was sold. I live in the UAE and Dexters arranged the handover and put the unit for rent and managed all the rental agreements and even arranged for furnishing the unit.
